We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, we offer easy return and exchange options under the following terms:
- Return/Exchange Window: You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of delivery. No requests will be entertained beyond this period.
- Eligible Items: Only unworn, unaltered items in original packaging with tags intact are eligible for return/exchange.
- Shipping Returns: You are required to send the product back to our company address at your own cost.
- Return Charges: A nominal charge of ₹50–₹200, based on your pin code and number of items, will be applicable for all exchanges/returns.
- Return Outcome:
- You can opt for an exchange or a replacement.
- We do not offer refunds, but you will receive a store credit for the purchase amount.
- Store Credit Validity: The store credit is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Condition of Returned Items: Products must be returned in the same condition they were delivered. Items returned in poor condition or missing tags/original packaging will not be eligible for exchange.
- Final Sale After Exchange: Once an item has been exchanged and delivered, no further return or refund requests will be accepted for that order.
- Damaged/Incomplete Shipments: If your order is received damaged or incomplete, please send us photos and videos of the packaging and product(s), along with a description, within 48 hours of delivery. Without this, we cannot process any claims.
